The itinerary develops for 50% on asphalt, passing mostly on the pavement and then for the remaining 50% on the CAI path up to Fontan Tempesta. The length is 4.66 KM and the altitude difference of about 100m (from the Roman Bike Point Park to Fontan Tempesta) Therefore, to any route it is always necessary to add about 10 km from Parco Romano Bike Point to Fontan Tempesta round trip

Did you know?

According to some scholars, the water from Fontana Tempesta was used to supply the settlements (the 3 Roman villas) on the western side of the lake in the locality of Le Piagge. Other legends describe it as a meeting place for witches. A second more recent legend has it that the treasure of the brigand Gasperone was buried nearby.
